Job Description
• Run official errands, including dispatch of correspondence & documents and collection of materials, correspondence, documents in regard to the Company.
• Bank in cheques and relevant payment remittance at authority government and offices.
• Collecting/ delivering of letters or documents to designated area.
• Assist company deliver of parcels, documents, materials and etc as required.
• Maintain and update Dispatch daily arrangement group.
• Undertake special assignments other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Company and Directors.
• Assist director’s for purchase and deliver or pick up documents or parcel (not over weight for motorcycle carried), food & beverages, groceries item, gift, medicines, household products, clothes etc.
• Make queue to clinic, government place and any event or activities function
• Undertake special assignments other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Company and Directors.
