House in good condition, however, it is 15 years old. We always on journey and small family size, so the house is less use and in good condition.

Some paint especially 2nd floor ceiling a bit discolor, but can repaint. Small part of the wall has some defect, and can be rework easily.

Furniture and items are in good condition but 15 years old.

Living Room furniture and main bedroom always in use.

Some furniture like 2xaircon, cooking stove, 2nd bedroom mostly not use.
Water pressure in puncak bertam is slow, but can add water pump if needed
