Electronic Repair Technician

Job Descriptions:

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic circuit boards and components.
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.
3. Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
5. Provide technical support to customers, including onsite support.
6. Perform basic system and application configuration.
7. Provide user training and guidance when required.
8. Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved.
9. Respond promptly to service requests and prepare basic service reports.


Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.
2. Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
4. Experience in PLC troubleshooting and electronic circuit board repair is an added advantage.
5. Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
6. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
7. Willing to relocate when required.
8. Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
