The Key role of Marketing Executives involves with strategic thinking and execution skills to help promote our professional services, increase brand exposure, and enhance customer awareness. This position is suitable for marketing professionals interested in the construction industry, and B2B services.

You will collaborate with the consulting team to develop marketing plans, organize project results, and assist in professional seminars and content dissemination, conveying our professional value to the construction, engineering, and developer communities.

Key Responsibilities

i. Plan and execute the company's marketing activities within the Malaysian construction, engineering, and legal industries.
ii. Plan content marketing, including case studies, industry articles, and professional Q&A sessions, to enhance brand credibility.
iii. Develop and implement marketing plans to support business objectives and project promotions.
iv. Manage the company’s digital presence, including website content, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
v. Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, project profiles, newsletters, and corporate presentations.
vi. Assist with the preparation of proposals, tenders, and capability statements in collaboration with the engineering and business development teams.
vii. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
viii. Organize and participate in industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company’s services and establish business contacts.
ix. Maintain and update a database of key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
x. Support internal communication and branding efforts, including staff engagement campaigns.
xi. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
At least TWO YEARS of B2B marketing experience (professional services preferred)
Fluent English and good written communication skills
Some understanding of or willingness to further develop professional expertise in fields such as architecture, engineering, and legal consulting
