3. Room Maintenance Deposit & Conditions

🏠 Occupancy Basis
• Primary: NON-SHARING (strongly preferred)
• Sharing: NOT standard only allowed under approval & suitability assessment, conditional and revocable if hygiene, conduct or compatibility standards are not met
💰 Sharing Condition (If Approved Only)
• RM500 + RM100 surcharge (per room basis, not per person)
• Surcharge covers: additional utilities, cleaning load, extra bedding/items and shared facility usage
