🕌 Ambience: Privacy, quiet-enjoyment-guaranteed Muslim household. Non-Muslim female professionals welcome if fully adaptable to a strictly pork-alcohol-free, smoke/vape-free.
🧼 Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness. ❌ eating in bedroom, ❌ pets for health/allergen control.
🚫 Guest Policy: Strictly ❌ male visitors inside room or common areas. ❌ parties or social gatherings. ❌overnight guests (permitted under emergency with prior notification to maintain privacy).
🏠 Occupancy: Non-sharing preferred. Approved sharing highly conditional and incurs a mandatory room total of RM600/month (RM500 base + RM100 surcharge) to offset utility/facility wear.
