- Small private room = RM 380 / month ( room RM 320 + utility RM 60 ) with shared toilet.

- One Time Deposit = RM 500 ( Deposit Rental + Deposit Utility + Keys ).

- For example: if you choose small single fan room, total pay RM 880 ( 380 + 500 ).

- When you check out with 2 months notice, clean your room, return our keys,
your deposit will be returned in 7 working days / asap after we check the room.

- Utilities: TNB, PBA, Indah Water, WiFi, washing machine, shower heater, kitchen appliances, minor maintenance, etc.

- Deposit and rental MUST fully settle before moving in.

** Aircon Add-on Pricing ** ( no smart meter )

The aircon add-on fee is RM 150 – RM 250 per month, depending on the tenant’s actual stay and aircon usage. The applicable rate may be adjusted from time to time.

To avoid any misunderstanding, please inform us in advance of your expected number of days staying in the room per week / month and approximate aircon usage. Based on this information, we will determine a reasonable aircon add-on fee and, where appropriate, provide a discount.

For example:

* If you normally stay in the room around 4 days per week, the aircon add-on fee may be RM 150 / month.

* If you stay in the room around 7 days per week and use the aircon regularly, the aircon add-on fee may be RM 250 / month.

If you recommend a friend to rent a room here, please also make sure that your friend understands and agrees to the applicable house rules, including the aircon usage and pricing rules.

The purpose of this arrangement is to keep the pricing fair for everyone and to AVOID misunderstandings regarding aircon usage and charges in the future.
