Fleet Assistant (KULAI, JOHOR)

Job Responsibilities

-Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
-Assist the Station Head in managing daily station operations to ensure smooth parcel processing and delivery activities.
-Support daily station operations, including parcel processing, route monitoring, system updates, and COD banking when required.
-Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
-Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
-Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
-Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
-Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
-Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
-Take care of own and others' safety.
-Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
-Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
-Take care of own and others' safety.

-Any other task instructed by superior

Job Requirements

-Aged 18–45 years.
-Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Prior working experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
-Good time management and ability to multitask.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive, disciplined, and a team player with a positive attitude.
