I am the direct owner of this car. Selling due to upgrading to Ford Mondeo. I'm quite reluctant to sell but there is no extra parking space in the condo for me to keep this car. I am looking for someone who can appreciate this car and make good use of it.

This unit is Ford Focus Ghia Elite Sedan model that comes complete with bodykit as standard. Year made 2005 but registered in 2007. Current mileage (genuine) is approximately 198k km. Mostly use it as a 2nd car. That's why the mileage is considered low for its age. Average less than 10k per year. Most of the time only park indoor.

It is in good running condition. It can do long distance without any problem. The engine, gearbox and AC are all in good working condition. Confirm no major repair needed.
