Full-Time Housekeeping Staff Needed (Kota Bharu)

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team in Kota Bharu. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent cleanliness and comfort standards across our properties, primarily based at Hotel Ma'Wa and Hotel Salaam Suites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, dust, and polish guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to strict hospitality standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock daily room amenities.
- Update room readiness status and track daily linen/supply inventory using our internal operations software.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure quick and efficient room turnovers for incoming guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all building facilities, safely and efficiently navigating housekeeping carts (utilizing the elevator at Hotel Ma'Wa).
- Immediately report any required room maintenance, broken fixtures, or aesthetic touch-ups to the management team.

Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Physically fit, energetic, and able to handle the active nature of the job.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for basic digital task tracking and team communication.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
