Astrum Ampang, Keramat, Kuala Lumpur

RM1,950/month

I’m renting out my 280 sq ft SOHO Transit studio in Tower S, Astrum Ampang. It’s brand new, never occupied, on a mid floor and fully furnished, mainly with IKEA furniture. Available immediately. You’ll deal directly with me, with no agent fee. If you're a tenant reach out directly and we can discuss a lower rental rate.

There’s a direct covered pedestrian connection from the condo to Jelatek LRT station.

The studio has a bed with storage, a large wardrobe, TV, fridge, washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, kitchen worktop and cabinetry, and a 140 cm work desk. I’ll also provide an ergonomic office chair, microwave and kettle.

The unit has an unblocked Genting-facing outlook. You can check the view when you come for a viewing.

It’s best suited to one occupant, and I prefer a two-year tenancy. No smoking, pets, Airbnb or subletting.

Utilities are paid separately by the tenant. Parking isn’t included; a space may be available to rent separately, subject to availability.

Please message me with your move-in date and preferred tenancy length, or contact me at Show contact number.
