About the Role

POW Resources Sdn Bhd is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer + Videographer / Video Editor to create visual content for our social media, advertising, marketing campaigns and company needs.

The role combines graphic design, videography, video editing and content coordination, including working with guests, influencers and collaborators for shoots, podcasts and other creative projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Design posters, social media artwork, promotional materials, campaign visuals, thumbnails and other company graphics
* Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms
* Create Reels, promotional videos, interviews, podcasts, event content and branded content
* Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for campaigns and social media
* Edit videos with music, subtitles, graphics, transitions and basic motion graphics
* Coordinate shoots, including schedules, guests, talents, influencers and collaborators
* Assist with shoot preparation, equipment setup and welcoming guests or talents
* Capture supporting content such as behind-the-scenes clips, photos and short social media videos
* Adapt and repurpose content for different platforms
* Keep graphics and video content consistent with the company’s brand
* Stay updated with current design, video, advertising and social media trends

What We’re Looking For

* Strong skills in graphic design, videography and video editing
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
* Knowledge of After Effects is an advantage
* Good visual sense and creative storytelling skills
* Familiar with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
* Comfortable communicating with guests, influencers and collaborators
* Able to work independently, manage deadlines and handle quick edits
* Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, spoken and written
* Own transport required
* Portfolio / showreel required
