Job Description
Make great coffees, serve wines, juices etc & book great massages for our lovely guests.
1. Ensure every touchpoint from booking to checkout meets brand standards; handle complaints and service recovery on the spot.
2. Roster therapists to match demand, run briefings, and coach on service quality and upselling.
3. Monitor occupancy, manage promotions, track daily targets, and optimize treatment room utilization.
4. Control stock of products and consumables, manage reorders, and keep costs within budget.
5. Ensure hygiene protocols, licensing requirements, and safety standards are consistently met across all treatment areas and facilities.
