To provide ICT Technical Support includes (but not limited to):
* Troubleshoot ICT related issue and provide resolution to customer
* Remote, Onsite or Phone support for customer (need to have good intercommunication skill)
* Set-up new computer hardware and software installation
* Repair / replace parts for computer hardware (if required)
* Assist Sr IT Engineer in their daily tasks (if required)
* Willing to travel for on-site support services
