Job Description

- Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
- Ensure accuracy of billing and documentation
- Handle data entry and maintain proper records
- Assist in stock receiving, checking, and storing of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records
- Perform stock take and ensure proper stock arrangement
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse team on orders and deliveries
- General administrative duties as assigned
