IT & CCTV Technician
📍 Location: Jakel Trading Sdn Bhd (Shah Alam Branch)
🕒 Full-Time Position
💰 Salary: RM2400 - RM2800
Job Responsibilities
• Install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
• Setup and maintain CCTV systems
• Install software, drivers & business applications
• Assist users with IT-related issues and provide technical support
• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi, cabling, connectivity)
• Manage user accounts and system access
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment performance
• Liaise with vendors for repairs and technical support
Requirements
✔ Diploma/Certificate in IT, Computer Science or related field
✔ Basic knowledge in networking & CCTV systems
✔ Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office & common IT tools
✔ Good problem-solving & communication skills
✔ Responsible, disciplined & willing to learn
✔ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
✨ Extra advantage if you have experience with:
• Hikvision / Dahua CCTV
• Network configuration
• Cabling & installation work
