Job Description

- Install, troubleshoot and provide training for software related to printing and finishing machines.
- Operate and support graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator (AI), CorelDRAW and other related applications.
- Install, service and repair printing & finishing machines.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, remote support and on-site visits.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and machine-related issues.
- Conduct machine testing, preventive maintenance and customer training.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure excellent after-sales service.

Requirements:
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator (AI), CorelDRAW or other graphic design software.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and computer hardware.
- Experience in machine servicing or technical support is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to customer sites.
- Responsible, independent and willing to learn.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
