Barista / Service crew
RM 1 200 - 1 500 per month
Job Key Responsibilities:
Ensure day to day operation is carried out smoothly based on the policies and procedures given by the management.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and handling customers' orders, request and/or complaints, if any, in friendly and respectful manners.
Up-sell/Cross-sell to customers - recommend add-ons/promote other products to increase sales and meet the team goals and objectives.
Responsible for preparing ingredients up to finished products to be served by following established food preparing procedures.
Maintaining cleanliness and complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean and organized environment at the bar counter and dining areas.
Operate cash registers and E-Wallet Apps.
Nationality: Only Malaysian.
Must Speak Bahasa Malaysia and English ( Mandarin Chinese is a PLUS)
Able to work 6 days a week, must be willing to work on shifts, weekend, and public holidays.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Experience: Relevant experience in the F&B industry and have a strong interest and passion for food. Having experience related to Waffel and Crepes is a plus (candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply)
Required skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, Self-motivated, organized, good sense of responsibility, Cheerful and vibrant personality.
Must be punctual, maintain a good attendance record and able to work under own initiative without supervision.
