We are looking for an Account Executive to manage/ monitor all financial transactions, from costing, fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Responsibilities include Monitoring & Verifying :
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts/ Pricing/ tender costing
• financial documents and procedures
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable -Reconciling bank statements
• calculating tax payments and returns
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage/ Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organization's finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Secure financial information by completing database backups
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Plan, assign and review staff's work
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Provide input into department's goal setting process
• Provide technical support and advice on management
• Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and

To be successful in this role, should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes
