-Assist in daily operation paper work
-Managing the Office Reception & front desk services
-Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously
-Responsible for all general administration functions such as general insurance, utilities expenses, leave administration, telephone system, company vehicles, attendance system, office equipments maintenance and etc.
-Responsible for tenancy, security, maintenance of company premise and other related matters
-Responsible for all general purchasing such as stationeries, printing materials, office equipments and stock keeping of goods received -Coordinate business travel and hotel arrangements
-To assist day-to-day HR operational issues
Min SPM in any certificate or 1 year of working experience
Able to communicate at all level
Good personality and well manners attitude
