Telco Riggers for EM
RM 1 600 - 2 200 per month
*Rigger Team (2 riggers per team)
*Scope of Services*
a) To supply competent and certified rigger teams to work hand-in-hand with company team to handle 1st level on-site response to rigging service request which requiring site visit and restoration of service; and
b) Team must be well versed in repairing/rectification of IF/RF connectors/cables, laying of RF/IF and CPRI cables, troubleshooting on transmission link (NEC/ZTE/HUAWEI/NOKIA/ERICSSON) and RAN (ZTE/HUAWEI/ NOKIA/ERICSSON) or any types of RF related matters.
c) Rigger teams must be flexible and able to be relocated or deployed within the assigned region as per U Mobile instruction.
*Tools / Vehicle*
a) Each team (2 riggers) is required to have a 4WD vehicle (pickup truck) to mobilize small quantity of cables/spares.
b) Must equipped with standard personal protective equipment (PPE); And
c) Must equipped with working tools i.e. wrench, spanner, binoculars, digital camera, multimeter, shielded compass, inclinometer, pulley, GPS, rope (not less than 120m), spotlights, installation tools for antenna & feeder works.
a) All rigger must be certified rigger and possess certification issued by the recognized rigging course provided listed below (anyone);

- IRATEC (M) Sdn Bhd
b) All rigger must be certified by TM NIOSH and CIDB.
a) Possess driving license (minimum class D)
b) Not physically challenge
c) Medically certified for employment (to be submitted within 3 months from PO date)
d) No criminal records (Vendor to provide police screening report before start work)
a) 6 working days per week
b) Office hours: 9am – 6pm or follow company shift pattern. 1 day off day (Rest day)
c) Need to support ad-hoc urgent rectification and network support during after office hours (permitted 8 hours rest before resuming next day work)
d) No overtime is claimable
Leave entitlements Rules & Regulation for AL,EL and MC
1. Annual Leave (AL)
Annual leave permitted for is 8 days per annum
Leaves to be taken upon prior to approvals from U mobile (Leads/BC) in advance
2. Emergency Leave (EL)
Allocation of EL is shared with Annual Leave
Need to inform company (Leads/BC) before shift start
3. Medical Leave (Non-Hospitalization, MC)
Medical leave permitted for is 14 days per annum with valid MC certifications/chit from Certified Clinics or Hospitals
Need to inform company (Leads/BC) and Original Copy of MC will be passed to (Leads/BC) for acknowledgement
Vendor need to replace temporary staff to slot in if anyone takes more than 2 days AL, EL, MC.
Any failure to provide replacements, a Service Credit of days will be deducted from the monthly PO. (Total PO per month/no of riggers/24 days)
