Create engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
2. Record, edit, and publish marketing videos and promotional content.
3. Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.
4. Monitor social media performance and recommend ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.

Sales & Customer Service
1. Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and walk-in customers.
2. Prepare quotations accurately and promptly.
3. Follow up on enquiries and assist in converting leads into sales.
4. Coordinate customer orders with the operations team to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
