Marketing Officer

Seeking for a candidate with strong communication skills, proactive approach, and interest in marketing and customer relations.

Key responsibilities
•Build and maintain professional relationships with bankers and real estate agents
•Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media
•Follow up with customers
•Coordinate appointments and assist in obtaining customers' initial documents
•Update customer records and prepare weekly activity reports
•Communicate file progress based on verified information
•Update lists of banker, agent, and customer contacts

About you
•Diploma or Degree qualification
•Strong communication skills
•Proficient in WhatsApp Business and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
•Organized, responsible, and self-initiated
•Willing to attend meetings with bankers and real estate agents outside the office
