Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:-

Responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of mechanical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

-Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
-Troubleshoot mechanical equipment breakdowns and identify root causes.
-Monitor equipment condition and performance.
-Coordinate maintenance work with technicians, contractors, and other departments.
-Prepare maintenance reports and records.
-Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and company procedures.
-Recommend improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Requirements:-

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-Experience in mechanical maintenance is an advantage.
-Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of pumps, motors, compressors, bearings, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Candidates must possess a valid registration as a Graduate Engineer with the -Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
