1. Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
2. Required skill - building services design (mechanical) and project management
3. Well verse in AutoCad software
4. Able to communicate, coordinate, supervise and liaison with Client, Authorities, Consultant and Contractor
5. Good interpersonal and communication skill
6. Independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
7. Possess own transport and willing to travel
8. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering design and project management (preferably in consultant office)
