- Diagnose motorcycle problems and perform troubleshooting.
- Handle major and complicated repairs, including engine and electrical problems.
- Check motorcycles before and after repair to ensure all repair work is properly completed.
- Ensure motorcycles are repaired within the agreed time.
- Advise customers on repair requirements when necessary.
- Monitor the usage of spare parts, tools and workshop equipment.
- Ensure the workshop is clean, organised and follows safety requirements.
- Train and guide junior mechanics when necessary.
- Handle motorcycle delivery, collection and transportation when required.
