THE UNIT:
You’ll be sharing the condo with me, while I occupy the master bedroom and the smallest room. The condo comes with:
• Fully furnished living & dining area
• TV & sofa
• Dining table
• WiFi included
• Cuckoo water dispenser
• Washing machine
• Drying area at the balcony
As I also rent the smallest room, you’re welcome to use it to store bulky items (e.g. luggage) to free up space in your bedroom.

Deposit:
• 2 months rental deposit: RM1,700
• Utility deposit: RM425 (half month rent)

• No preference on race
