小弟屋子后方位置，打算放租出去，
（原因我们没有用到, 我们楼上有改自家厨房）
看有没有谁 或者 认识一些朋友，
要找一个不大不小的地方，
想租起来，做蛋糕啊，糕点，伙食啊，网上食物啊，完成就拿去买的，
（也许觉得做小生意，租店面不划算）
（租金太贵，又合同费，等等）
（在自己家又不方便的，需要用很多空位）
所以打算想在外面找一个地方，租起来做，方便容易，需要准备了就来，好了完工了就回。

或者

想租了要住也可以，过夜没问题👌
（就好像studio这样，应该比studio还大）
有厕所 ，有厨房 ，有门进出，前面门可以反锁，
（外人绝对进不到）

Hi everyone, 🤗 I'm planning to rent out the half of space behind my house.

(We don't use it ourselves; we converted an upstairs room into a kitchen.)

I'm wondering if anyone, or knows anyone, is looking for a small space to rent.

I'd like to rent it out to bake cakes, pastries, or other food items, or sell online.

(Perhaps they think renting a shop isn't cost-effective for a small business.)

(Rent is too expensive, plus contract fees, etc.)

(It's inconvenient to do it from home; it requires a lot of space.)

So thinking of finding a place outside to rent, something convenient and easy to do. Just come when need to prepare, and leave when done.

Renting for a place to stay is also possible, overnight stays are no problem 👌

(Like a studio apartment, probably even bigger than a studio)

There's a toilet, a kitchen, and a separate entrance/exit. The front door can be locked from the inside,

(Absolutely no outsiders can get in)
