We are looking for a Detail-oriented & Tech Savvy Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly.

MANAGING OFFICE TASKS
Maintaining student data
Utilizing various software platforms, to enhance our institutional efficiency

ADMIN SUPPORT
Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondences & scheduling

SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Oversee & maintain the Institute's Digital Systems


SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc) and Google workspace
