✅ Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, operations, HR or manpower management.
✅ Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
✅ Experience in handling client and candidate coordination.
✅ Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations in Malaysia.
✅ Experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment targets simultaneously.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong organisational, coordination and time management skills.
✅ Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
✅ Able to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines and targets.
