Job Description

- Mengurus dan memantau projek pembinaan/renovasi rumah dari awal hingga siap sepenuhnya

- Merancang jadual kerja (timeline) dan memastikan projek berjalan mengikut perancangan

- Menyelaras kerja kontraktor, sub-kontraktor dan pembekal bahan binaan

- Memantau kemajuan kerja di tapak (site) dan memastikan kualiti kerja menepati standard

- Mengawal kos projek supaya tidak melebihi bajet yang ditetapkan

- Menyelesaikan isu atau masalah di tapak dengan cepat dan efektif

- Berkomunikasi dengan client untuk update progress projek secara berkala

- Memastikan pematuhan kepada aspek keselamatan dan peraturan pembinaan
