About the Role
As a Product Genius, you will be the face of Carro and play an important role in helping customers find the right pre-owned vehicle. You will provide professional product knowledge, understand customer needs, arrange test drives, and guide customers throughout their car-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers professionally at the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Provide accurate and detailed information on vehicle specifications, features, pricing and promotions.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
Follow up with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media enquiries.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
Manage leads and maintain regular follow-up to maximise sales opportunities.
Assist customers with the purchasing, financing and documentation process.
Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
Keep showroom vehicles clean, presentable and properly displayed.
Participate in roadshows, test-drive events and other marketing activities.
Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
Keep updated on current vehicle models, market trends and Carro products.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years old.
Must possess a valid driving licence.
Sales or automotive experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and digital platforms.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Available to start work immediately is an advantage.
