Property Caretaker

Syarat Kelayakan:

- Lelaki berumur 30–50 tahun.
- Menetap di Terengganu.
- Tiada kelulusan diploma atau ijazah diperlukan.
- Amanah, bertanggungjawab, sihat tubuh badan dan boleh bekerja sendiri.
- Mempunyai lesen memandu dan kenderaan sendiri.
- Mempunyai telefon pintar dan boleh menggunakan WhatsApp.
- Pengalaman menjaga tanah, dusun, kebun atau melakukan kerja pertukangan asas merupakan satu kelebihan.

Job Description:

1. Regular Property Checks
Visit the Company’s land, orchards and other properties in Terengganu regularly and check that they are in reasonable condition.

2. Basic Upkeep
Help keep the properties tidy and accessible, including light cleaning, clearing small areas and checking that grass or bushes do not become excessive.

3. Watch for Problems
Look out for trespassing, illegal dumping, damage, missing items or other unusual activity and inform the Company as soon as possible.

4. Check Access and Boundaries
Check gates, fences, signboards, access routes and visible boundary markers, and report anything damaged, missing or blocked.

5. Minor Handyman Work
Carry out simple repairs and basic handyman work that can be done safely. Inform the Company if a contractor or specialist is needed.

6. Simple Updates
Send short updates by WhatsApp, together with photographs or videos, after inspections or whenever an issue is found.

7. Assist with Local Matters
Help meet local workers, contractors, neighbours or relevant local parties when requested by the Company.

8. Report Letters and Other Issues
Inform the Company about any notice, letter or matter involving the properties, and carry out other reasonable caretaker duties when required.
