- Responsible for the implementation of QA/QC systems and review QA/QC related procedures (WPS, ITP, HIRAC etc.). - Responsible for incoming and outgoing inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance in quality. - Establish procedures, carry out calibration of all inspections, measuring and test equipments. - Implement, monitor and improvements of quality management systems and safety based on ISO9001 & ISO45000 standards. - Record and analyze product rejects and defects with necessary recommendations for corrective and preventive actions to ensure non-occurrence. - Handle and maintains full record of customer complaints, feedback and ensure associated problems are solved. - Ensure auditing of processes is carried out and initiates corrective action for non-compliance and non-conformance. - Submission, coordinate and liaise with JKKP Officer on all matters related to JKKP i.e. PTI & PEMULA submission and attending JKKP testing. - All other task/job assign from time-to-time by your Superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any engineering discipline with 2 to 3 years working experience in related field. - Preferable with Welding and Welding Inspection knowledge and experience. - Required skill(s) : Auto Cad, MS Office, internet application. - Experienced in administration of quality assurance programme and safety aspects are preferred. - Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Possess own car and willing to travel outstation when required. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic Salary:
- RM 2,800 to RM 3,000 per month depend on experience
