📢 WE ARE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
Junior & Senior
A construction company is looking for a responsible and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations, tender documents and cost estimates
• Review drawings, specifications and BQ
• Monitor project costs, budgets and variations
• Prepare progress claims and subcontractor payments
• Source and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Experience in construction projects is preferred
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and prepare BQ
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
📍 Location: Klang / Selangor
💰 Salary: Based on experience

Sebuah syarikat pembinaan sedang mencari Juruukur Kuantiti yang bertanggungjawab dan berpengalaman untuk menyertai pasukan kami.
Tanggungjawab Kerja:
• Menyediakan sebut harga, dokumen tender dan anggaran kos
• Menyemak lukisan, spesifikasi dan BQ
• Memantau kos, bajet dan variasi projek
• Menyediakan tuntutan kemajuan dan pembayaran subkontraktor
• Mencari dan membandingkan sebut harga pembekal dan subkontraktor
• Menyelaras dengan pelanggan, perunding, pembekal dan pasukan tapak
Keperluan:
• Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Ukur Bahan atau bidang berkaitan
• Pengalaman dalam projek pembinaan diutamakan
• Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan menyediakan BQ
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan rundingan yang baik
• Bertanggungjawab, teratur dan mampu bekerja secara bebas
📍 Lokasi: Klang / Selangor
💰 Gaji: Berdasarkan pengalaman atau tanpa pengalaman
