Regional Supervisor, Last Mile (JOHOR BHARU)

Job Responsibilities

-Assist Region Heads in monitoring Station performance and operational compliance
-Improve operational processes that directly translate into higher delivery performance metrics
-Enforce company policies, procedures and disciplines as appropriate.
-Assist in the planning of curriculum and lessons for Station under their supervision
-Provide general and technical training to Station under their supervision
-Assist in conducting Station assessment audits
-Perform other duties related to the job that may be assigned on case to case basis
-Report any noncompliance in Station operational processes to the Management
-Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
-Take care of own and others' safety.
-Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Job Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Required to travel
-Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
-Data-driven decision making mentality and “can-do” attitude
