Job Description
• Assist customers with mobile phones, accessories, AIOT products, and related services
• Handle walk-in/online customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Handle and follow-up online order processing and fulfillment for company's website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces
• Prepare, pack, and arrange customer orders for delivery or self-collection
• Support daily retail store operations and housekeeping
• Assist in stock arrangement, stock checking, and product display
• Support membership registration and customer follow-up when required
• Handle cashiering and basic POS system operations
• Assist team members during promotions, campaigns, and live sessions
• Participate in simple social media content when required
• Ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment process
• Ensure good customer service and maintain positive store experience
