5. Light cooking is allowed.
6. Not allowed to smoke / vape in the room or house. Pet is not allowed.

8. High security, gated and guarded, low density, peaceful environment & good neighbourhood.
9. Walking distance to bus stop, morning market, food stalls/ kopitiam, mamak stall, barber and shops.
10. Single room = Rm 420/ month, medium room = Rm 520/ month.
