💰 Monthly Rental: RM608
⚡ Electricity: Separate meter, usually around RM50/month. RM50 is generally enough for normal usage if you don’t use the air-conditioner frequently.

• Not a partition room — proper cement walls
• No deposit required

💳 Payment upon moving in:
• Advance rental payment only
• Tenancy Agreement fee
• No security deposit required
