Partially furnished, has study desk, and one old school cupboard can fit a person in it. Has Aircon just for display, better use ceiling fan than having to pay extra for electricity anyways. I also buy my own bed when I move in, so can you, I believe in you 👍.

Can use our kitchen appliances and washing machine, no extra charge, if you want to tong2 cook with us, my roommate is a talented chef, can nego also.

Attitude must be chill2, Muslim only, student okay2 also, alcohol not allowed, pets not allowed (Building rule), want to smoke in your room be my guest, I am not your dad to tell you what to do.

Me and my roommate usually back home late from work, you can have a conversation with the wall first if you feel lonely.

At night is peaceful, no one screaming or baby crying, you can jog by the Putrajaya lake, they have direct access here.

I rate the room 5/7, iykyk, living here is like being with your gf of 5 years, peaceful but sometimes there's issue, same old story.
