Job Description
· Handling daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
· Providing support to the sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries
· Preparation of delivery orders, invoices, and other documentation
· Maintaining and updating the company's customer databases
· Liaising with internal departments and external to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
· Support the finance team with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
