We are looking for a Full Time Sales & Customer Service Crew to join our team!

💼 Position: Sales & Customer Service Crew
📍 Location: BIKEZON, 9 Jalan Impian Emas 22, Taman Impian Emas, 81300 Skudai, Johor

1. SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE - 60%
- Greet walk-in customers with energy and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycles apparels,accessories, helmet,intercom..
- Explain product features, benefits, price..
- Achieve individual + team monthly sales target
- Follow up with customers via WhatsApp/call for service reminder
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate to supervisor

2. SHOWROOM & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - 20%
- Maintain showroom neat, clean, and display the items properly
- Check stock level daily and report low stock to supervisor
- Ensure price tags, promotion banners are updated
- Receive incoming goods and verify with delivery note
- Ensure all display items are clean and ready for sale

3. TEAM LEADERSHIP - 10%
This is for RM2,500-RM3,000 level
- Guide and train new/junior sales crew on product knowledge
- Assign daily tasks to junior staff during manager absence
- Monitor team sales performance and motivate team to hit target
- Report daily sales report to CEO/Manager

4. ADMIN & OTHER DUTIES - 10%
- Attend weekly meeting and product training
- Support marketing - take photos/video for TikTok/IG content
- Any other task assigned by management

5. KPI / TARGET FOR SALES CREW
- Monthly Sales Target: Will be given
- Customer Satisfaction: No complaint
- Attendance: No UPL without valid reason
- Showroom Standard: Always neat

KEY REQUIREMENTS WE WANT:
1. Sales Experience - 1 year min in motor/automotive/retail
2. Energetic & Dedicated - Work target oriented
3. Can Lead - Not bossy, but can teach and guide team
4. Product Knowledge - Passion in motorcycle is a must
5. Communication - Can speak Malay + English. Mandarin is bonus
