Sales Engineer / Project Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new customers in the industrial, manufacturing, utility and commercial sectors.

- Conduct customer visits, cold calls, emails and follow-ups to generate sales opportunities.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation, IIoT and engineering solutions.

- Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the technical team.

- Follow up on quotations and manage the sales pipeline until project closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent after-sales support.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Submit weekly sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.


Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Business, Marketing or related field.

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, automation, electrical, engineering, machinery, control systems, IIoT, energy solutions or project sales.

- Fresh graduates with strong sales drive and technical interest may also be considered for junior position.

- Must be proactive in developing new customers and generating new business opportunities.

- Able to communicate with customers, understand basic technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.

- Able to prepare clear customer requirement summaries, follow-up reports and sales updates.

- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Strong sense of ownership, discipline and responsibility.
