Job Description – Sales Executive

* Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower supply services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
* Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Tele Marketing 8 to 10 potential customers Daily
* Call Existing customers weekly on building relationship and for new opportunity.

Social Media Marketing

- Create Social Media Platform ( TikTok , FB etc )
- Create Database For Sales
- Work On Government tenders
- Reports Daily on progress


Target for 2026

* 200 workers (local and foreign workers)
* Sales Commission 5% from gross profit
* Year end bonus if target achieved
