Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about sales, enjoys meeting customers and is confident in achieving sales targets.

💼 YOUR ROLE
#Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly & yearly sales targets.
#Develop new customers and business opportunities.
#Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
#Promote and sell building materials to hardware shops, contractors, developers and project customers.
#Visit customers and project sites to generate new sales.
#Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
#Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer demand.
#Follow up customer enquiries, orders and outstanding payments.
#Work closely with warehouse & logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery.
#Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching.
#Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts for management.
#Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.

⭐ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✅ Minimum 2 years sales experience
✅ Experience in building materials / hardware / construction is an advantage
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Able to lead and motivate a sales team
✅ Target-oriented and results-driven
✅ Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
✅ Possess a valid driving licence
✅ Willing to travel for customer visits
✅ Experience dealing with contractors, developers or hardware shops is an advantage
