Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

1. Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

开发及维护现有客户与潜在客户，建立良好的客户关系。

2. Promote and sell the company’s construction machinery, equipment rental and related services.

推广及销售公司的建筑机械、设备租赁及相关服务。

3. Identify new business opportunities and actively develop new customers and projects.

积极寻找新的业务机会，开发新客户及新项目。

4. Visit customers, project sites and construction sites to understand their machinery and equipment requirements.

拜访客户、项目现场及建筑工地，了解客户对机械设备的需求。

5. Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate rental or sales terms with customers.

负责报价、跟进客户询价，并与客户协商租赁或销售条款。

6. Follow up closely on sales and rental enquiries from initial contact until the completion of the transaction.

从客户初步咨询至交易完成，全程积极跟进销售及租赁业务。

7. Coordinate with the Operations, Technical and Admin teams to ensure smooth delivery, collection and servicing of machines.

与运营、技术及行政团队协调，确保机械设备交付、回收及维修服务顺利进行。

8. Follow up with customers on machine usage, rental extension, off-hire and payment matters.

跟进客户的设备使用情况、租期延长、退租及付款事宜。

9. Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

完成管理层安排的其他销售相关工作。
