Senior Valuation Executive

Job Description
You will play a crucial role in assessing the market value of real estate properties. This position requires a strong understanding of property valuation principles, market trends, and local regulations. You will conduct property inspections, analyse data, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports.

Job Requirements
Degree in Estate Management / Real Estate / Property Management or any related discipline.
Minimum 2 years working experience in a valuation / property consultancy firm.
Good command of spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player and can work independently.
Able to identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
Possess own transport.
