What’s Nearby?
The biggest perk of this location is just how close you are to everything in Cheras and the city center.
• Sunway Velocity Mall & MyTOWN: You are less than 5 minutes away from Sunway Velocity. Between Velocity and MyTOWN (which connects directly to IKEA Cheras), you have endless food options, cinemas, grocery stores, and retail shops practically next door.
• Getting Around: Commuting is a breeze. You’re surrounded by public transport options including the Taman Pertama MRT, Maluri MRT/LRT interchange, and Cheras LRT stations. If you drive, you can hop right onto Jalan Loke Yew, Jalan Cheras, and the SMART Highway without dealing with internal neighborhood gridlock.
• Healthcare & Essentials: Sunway Medical Centre Velocity and HUKM are both just minutes away if you ever need medical care. There are also plenty of primary and secondary schools in the immediate area.
• The Food Scene: If you're a foodie, this area is fantastic. You're right next to the local food hubs of Maluri and Shamelin, meaning everything from night food stalls to trendy cafes and late-night supper spots are just a short drive away.
