Service Engineer

-Assist in the repair and maintenance of laser welding machines and related equipment.
-Perform machine testing and functionality checks.
-Conduct on-site welding demonstrations and provide basic machine operation guidance to customers.
-Provide simple troubleshooting support at customer sites
-Maintain good communication with customers and ensure a positive service experience.
-Carry out other technical support tasks assigned by the supervisor
