Stress free ample parking area outside and easy 10-15 min walk to the laundromat, parks, restaurants, clinics, convenience shops. Just a quick 5-10 min drive to Federal Highway, hospitals, shopping mall, etc.

Common areas are the pool & kitchen which is equipped with gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, drinking water dispenser & dining table/chairs.

No haggling over utility bills as each room has its own electricity meter reader plus water/gas is free. No charges for parking and our sharing WiFi is 2Gbps to enjoy.
