Site Engineer

Site Engineer required urgently for our Site Project Location at Sungai Muda, Seberang Perai Utara, Pulau Pinang.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor construction progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
• Ensure sufficient materials, tools, and manpower are available to meet project schedules.
• Enforce site safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
• Inspect workmanship quality and rectify any defects or non-conformance when necessary.
• Maintain daily site records, reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with the approved construction schedule.

Requirements
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to the construction site working environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
