Site Supervisor

- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, including tradesmen, labourers and subcontractors, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively

- Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays, and reporting on project status to senior management

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies

- Collaborating with project managers, designers and other stakeholders to address challenges and optimise project outcomes

- Providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to junior site personnel to develop their skills and knowledge

- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting as required
