Site Supervisor (HVAC Project)

Core Responsibilities
• Daily Operations: Day-to-day site activities, assign tasks to labor teams and keep projects aligned with approved timelines.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, mandate proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and conduct routine site inspections.
• Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure project specifications.
• Communication & Reporting: Meeting with client, maintain daily logs, attendance records and progress reports while acting as the bridge between workers and project managers.
