Mantin, Negeri Sembilan

Mantin area is a good house if you're looking for a retirement home. It's close to the market and there is also a post office and bank nearby. The local supermarket is Zemart which sells fresh and cheap vegetables and fruits. There is a good and popular Chinese restaurant outside which is also reasonably priced. There are food stalls and food court along the main road and a popo cafe nearby too. However, in terms of food, it is limited and not as much food choices as Cheras. We are putting it at 620k as we have put up a very nice interior kitchen after buying over the property. If you're interested come and have a look! We are selling the property as we have relocated to KL area as its closer to commute to work daily, otherwise we would have been very happy to continue living in that residence.
